Keala Chan and Shanti Hubbard formed Chan Hubbard after years of practicing in nationally premier law offices. We have helped startups and small businesses get up and running through corporate formation, contract negotiation, patent and trademark filing. Through drafting and negotiating licensing and joint venture agreements we have secured profitable deals for clients. In our employment practice we have eliminated overly restrictive non-compete provisions, drafted services agreements, secured favorable severance packages and counseled clients on unlawful termination and wage and hour matters.
