Shanti Hubbard

Shanti assists businesses and entrepreneurs in the areas of corporate law, contract, employment and intellectual property. She is a fearless advocate who started her legal career fighting for clients as a public defender in the Bronx. She pairs her skills in negotiation, litigation and client advocacy with her knowledge of corporate, employment, IP and privacy law to secure the best outcomes for her clients. Shanti has represented clients in a wide array of matters, from counseling startup founders in formation and fundraising to securing and protecting trademark rights.
